ITHG Media Entertainment & Events — International Talent Handler Group (ITHG) is a talent management, media, entertainment, and events company dedicated to discovering, developing, managing, and representing artists and talents across entertainment, fashion, media, and live events.
ITHG combines professional career management with dedicated talent coordination, providing artists and talents with strategic direction while maintaining focused support throughout their professional activities.
As the ITHG roster grows, individual artists and talents may be assigned a dedicated Talent Handler or Talent Coordinator who serves as their day-to-day operational point of coordination under the direction of ITHG Management.

THE ITHG TALENT MANAGEMENT MODEL
One Management. Dedicated Support.
ITHG operates through a centralized talent management system supported by dedicated Talent Handlers or Talent Coordinators.
ITHG Management provides overall professional direction and oversees career strategy, representation, contracts, bookings, branding, and major professional decisions.
A Talent Handler / Talent Coordinator may be assigned to an individual Artist or Talent to provide day-to-day professional coordination, including schedules, rehearsals, fittings, appearances, productions, events, travel, logistics, and communication with ITHG Management. When required, the assigned Handler may also perform road-management or on-site coordination functions.
The Talent Handler supports the Artist or Talent but does not independently assume the authority of the Talent Manager or ITHG Management.
