Dedicated Talent Handler
As part of the ITHG Talent Management Model, an Artist or Talent may be assigned a dedicated Talent Handler / Talent Coordinator who serves as the day-to-day operational point of coordination between the Artist or Talent and ITHG Management.
The Handler may coordinate schedules, rehearsals, fittings, appearances, productions, events, travel, logistics, and other professional activities. When required, the Handler may also perform road-management or on-site coordination functions.
The Talent Handler provides dedicated professional support but does not independently assume the authority of ITHG Management or the Talent Manager.
