Artists and Talents represented by ITHG are expected to demonstrate professionalism, integrity, preparation, accountability, respect, responsible communication, and commitment to continued development.
ITHG is equally committed to protecting the legitimate interests, dignity, professional identity, safety, and rights of its Artists and Talents while maintaining responsible relationships with clients, projects, partners, and the entertainment industry.
ITHG does not tolerate harassment, coercion, exploitation, unlawful activity, materially unsafe professional conditions, or unauthorized use of an Artist’s professional identity.
Professional opportunities are evaluated according to the Artist’s readiness, suitability, applicable agreements, project requirements, and legitimate professional considerations. Representation by ITHG does not guarantee fame, continuous bookings, minimum income, commercial success, or any particular career outcome.
Specific contractual, commercial, financial, intellectual-property, exclusivity, and project obligations remain governed by the applicable executed agreements and authorized project documents.
