A MESSAGE FROM THE MANAGING DIRECTOR
At ITHG, we believe that talent is only the beginning. A lasting career is built through development, discipline, professional direction, meaningful opportunities, and the courage to continue growing.
ITHG was established with a vision to create an environment where Artists and Talents are not simply given exposure, but are developed, represented, and guided toward sustainable professional careers. We recognize that every Artist has a different story, identity, ability, and ambition. Our responsibility is to respect that individuality while helping transform potential into professional readiness.
As we build ITHG from its foundation, our focus remains on establishing meaningful industry relationships, creating legitimate opportunities, developing strong professional standards, and opening pathways that can connect Filipino and international talent with a broader entertainment industry.
We are still at the beginning of our journey. But our direction is clear: to develop talent responsibly, build careers with purpose, and create opportunities that carry lasting professional value.
To every Artist, Talent, partner, client, and professional who becomes part of this journey—welcome to ITHG.
